Procedure

Step 2: 顾客自主下单，寄到物流中心，计重后发给您运费发票，可选择支付宝转账或者信用卡美金结算。其中汇率为6，包含信用卡费。
Step 3: DHL Express 3-5日寄到您的手中。
Step 1: Click here to pay 30 USD service fee + 32USD shipping fee for pre-order (non-refundable).
Step 2: Customers place orders by themselves on Taobao.com, send packages to our logistics center in China, and we will send you the DHL Express shipping invoice after weighing the weight. You can pay with USD where the currency exchange rate is 6, including credit card fees.
Estimated Shipping Fee: Each 1kg weight is around 15-17USD.
Step 3: DHL Express 3-5 business days for delivery.
Total Shipping time:
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time: 1~5 business days
Shipping time: 10~15 business day
Our Maximum Handling Time is: 1-5 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Standard Shipping：US 10-15 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY), rest of the world 15-20 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Expedited Delivery: 5-8 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping cost:
You will see detailed shipping costs on the checkout page - generally 10% to 20% of merchandise total, but may at times be more. Increasing the size of the order helps to reduce the shipping percentages.

Free shipping?
Sometimes people ask if we offer free shipping. Please remember that free shipping is generally offered with adjusted prices in the retail industry. We could raise our prices so that we could offer it, but that would break our REAL Pricing rule. Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch!
The tracking information for my order has not been updated, where is my order?
Some points to keep in mind.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you refuse any shipments from hanfubao you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. The hanfubao does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
