Simei est un groupe de jeunes femmes passionnées par la mode traditionnelle chinoise du Qipao. Le Qipao, également appelé Cheongsam, était un vêtement féminin de 1880 à 1950. Il s'inspire de la dynastie Qin. Pendant de nombreuses années, le Qipao a été considéré comme un type de mode pour les femmes plus âgées en Chine. Simei a amélioré de nombreux détails du Qipao traditionnel et utilisé différents tissus pour rendre le Qipao non seulement élégant mais aussi mieux adapté à un public plus jeune. Leurs créations intègrent de nombreux éléments modernes qui rendent le Qipao plus jeune et intéressant.

Total Shipping time:
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time: 1~5 business days
Shipping time: 10~15 business day
Our Maximum Handling Time is: 1-5 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Standard Shipping：US 10-15 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY), rest of the world 15-20 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Expedited Delivery: 5-8 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping cost:
You will see detailed shipping costs on the checkout page - generally 10% to 20% of merchandise total, but may at times be more. Increasing the size of the order helps to reduce the shipping percentages.

Sometimes people ask if we offer free shipping. Please remember that free shipping is generally offered with adjusted prices in the retail industry. We could raise our prices so that we could offer it, but that would break our REAL Pricing rule. Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch!
The tracking information for my order has not been updated, where is my order?
Some points to keep in mind.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you refuse any shipments from hanfubao you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. The hanfubao does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
